Vectorize a raster image (PNG / JPG) into SVG paths — best for simple logos, icons, monochrome graphics, line art. Note: complex photographs don't vectorize well — SVG excels at solid-color shapes, not gradient detail. Output editable in Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape.

What images vectorize well?
Solid-color logos / cartoons / line art / geometric shapes — yes. Photographs / gradient images — poorly (SVG isn't built for gradient detail).
SVG vs PNG advantages?
SVG = vector (scales without blur), often smaller for simple shapes, editable (change color / shape), perfect for logos and icons. PNG = raster (scales blurry), suited for photos.
Why did details get lost?
Vectorization fits pixels into curves — fine details get simplified. To preserve more detail, increase 'color count' or 'precision' parameter.
SVG back to PNG?
Yes — rasterize SVG via browser or graphic tool. But PNG → SVG → PNG roundtripping loses quality; avoid.
